Industrial design at BE Designwork starts with hard questions: What environment does this product live in? Who uses it, and how? What does it need to survive? We develop product architectures, form concepts, and interaction models grounded in engineering reality — not aesthetic trends. Every concept-stage decision is traceable to a requirement.

02 — Mechanical Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
We do the detailed engineering that turns a concept into a product: parametric 3D CAD, structural and thermal analysis, tolerance stack-ups, material and process selection, and hardware definition. We design for the real operating environment — shock, vibration, IP ratings, temperature cycles, regulatory envelope — and document everything so your supply chain can execute with confidence.

03 — Prototyping
Prototyping
We build prototypes with a purpose. Early-stage models answer form and ergonomic questions fast. Functional prototypes validate mechanisms, fit, and performance before any hard tooling is cut. We manage the full cycle — from rapid print to CNC-machined appearance models to functional assemblies using production-representative processes.

04 — Design for Manufacturing
Design for Manufacturing (DFM)
Products designed without manufacturing input cost more to build, take longer to launch, and fail in preventable ways. DFM is baked into how we work — not added as a final review. We evaluate geometries, assembly sequences, draft angles, wall sections, tolerances, and supplier capabilities continuously, and coordinate directly with toolmakers and CM partners so nothing gets lost in translation.
