This Privacy Policy explains how Be Design Work SPRL ("BE Designwork", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit bedesignwork.com (the "Site") or contact us. We are the data controller for this processing.

  • Technical information: standard server log data such as IP address, browser type, device, and pages visited. We do not currently use third-party website analytics.

  • To respond to your inquiry and provide our services.
  • To communicate with you about your project or request.
  • To operate, maintain, and secure the Site.
  • To comply with our legal obligations.

4. Legal bases (GDPR)

As a Belgian company, we process personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) on the basis of your consent, the performance of a contract (or steps taken at your request prior to a contract), our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us operate the Site and our business (for example email and hosting providers), acting as processors on our instructions, and with public authorities where required by law.

The Site's use of cookies and similar technologies is described in our Cookie Policy. As currently built, the Site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or analytics tracking.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here. For example, we keep contact-form inquiries for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner, and longer where required by law.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit, autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).

10. International transfers

Your data is processed within the European Economic Area. If a provider processes data outside the EEA, we put in place appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses).

11. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
